Holiday Tenants Checklist
To make sure you have a care free holiday here are a few guidelines and helpful hints to assist you.
DEPARTURE: On day of departure the property must be vacated by 10.00am sharp.
CLEANLINESS: Please leave property the way you found it.
- Dishes washed and put away
- Please empty dish washer.
- Soiled linen put in laundry
B.B.Q: Utensils, please clean after use. If quality is poor (breakage) please
notify office.
GAS B.B.Q: Gas bottles, please take to service station, bring docket to office
to be reimburse.
GAS: Hot water and Stove, Please advise our office if out side gas bottle has been switched over.
GARBAGE:
Yellow Bin - Recycle bin
Red Bin - Trash Bin
Bins to he placed out on Thursday evenings for Friday mornings
collection.
EXCESS RUBBISH: Excess rubbish must be taken away upon departure. If excess rubbish is not taken away there will be a fee charged for removal.
DEPARTURE:
- Please ensure the property is securely locked.
- All doors and windows are locked.
- Please close all blinds and curtains.
- Keys are to be returned to office on departure.
- A collection fee will incur if keys are not returned.
Terms and Conditions for Holiday Rentals.
By reading the information contained in this document, you (Guest/s) acknowledge your acceptance of the proprietors (Whitesands Cottages) Terms and Conditions for Holiday Rentals. The information contained herein is set out for Guests convenience and aims to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
1. PAYMENT.
A 50% deposit is required prior to your booking. This may be paid into a nominated account or a cheque will be accepted providing it is received no later than five days after your booking. The balance owing is required prior to your arrival date.
All cheques are payable to P. Goodman. If depositing into a nominated account please keep your receipt as proof of deposit.
2. KEYS.
Guests are responsible for the safe-keeping of the keys, house and its premises during their stay. Please leave the keys where you found them,
3. ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE.
During the summer holiday season bookings are taken from Saturday to Saturday only, Check in time is 2pm and check out time is I0.00am. Late check out times can be arranges for off-season stays.
4. LINEN.
Guests should supply their own linen (sheets, pillowcases, towels and teatowels) although items such as doonas, blankets and pillows are provided for your convenience.
5. GARBAGE.
Garbage bins must be left out on Thursday nights for collection on Friday morning
and again when vacating. Ali rubbish must be removed when leaving the premises. Any excess garbage removal costs will be deducted from your bond.
6. PROPERTY INSPECTIONS.
Breakages, damages and lost keys are to be reported & paid for.
7. CANCELLATIONS.
Part cancellation of a booking can not be accepted. Please be sure of your booking as deposits and other amounts paid are not refundable under any circumstances unless Whitesands Cottages are able to fully re-let the property for the same period. All cancellations attract a $50 fee.
8. OCCUPANCY RULES.
All Guests are required to respect the property and its furnishings.
Strictly no smoking on the premises. Under no circumstances are pets permitted on the premises. When vacating the premises please leave the property as you found it - clean, and tidy with all garbage removed.
